If there was ONE gold medal we absolutely needed to win, it was hockey. So I'm pretty proud that we got it in both women's and men's. Man, during the hockey game, the city was completely empty! No cars driving the roads, no people out milling about, no nothing. It was like the zombie apocalypse, kinda freaky. I hate to think what would have happened to us if we hadn’t won. It is almost like living in backwards land, the plural for Moose is Meese, our national sport is Lacrosse, Quebec's capital city is Quebec City. XD w00t for zombies, w00t for hockey, w00t for the Winter Olympics, and w00t for CANADA!!!…….though the funny thing is that our national sport isn’t even Hockey…….its ‘Lacrosse’…….*Face Palm*…..the one sport I don’t think anyone else but we play . Don;t get me wrong, I'm ecstatic we won the medals, but if I hear one more teeny puck-bunny squeal about how "totally hawt 'Sid the Kid'" is....I will punch a baby zombie. :/ On a totally unrelated note, reanimated dead FTW!
